In a case of order cancellation, 25% of payment will be deducted as service charge.
If rented items are not available at stated location upon pickup, client will be charged for delay.
There will be no refund on rental items not used at the location once delivered.
In a case of damage, the client will be required to bear 50% of the repair cost or can choose to replace the damaged item with its original condition within a stipulated time frame. Daily rental charges will be accumulated on rental items if not returned at when due.
If theft is encountered on the site of execution of a client’s order before pickup, client will be responsible for replacing stolen items in its original form.
